Save the TaTa's!

Its October which means its also breast cancer awareness month. As always, we have our popular, Save the TaTa's line of tees, tanks and other accessories to show your support for the cause. This year we've added the "Kiss Me I'm a Survivor" tee in pink, along with the "Save the TaTa's" logo tees in black, white and pink. We've also added key chains and flip flops to accompany the other accessories from the line that we always carry; coffee mugs, buttons, baseball caps, tote bags and auto bumper magnets. We donate 5% from every sale to the Susan G. Komen Foundation to fund research in the fight to find the cure. Ruffle Bag featured on Today Show - here at Girly Girl!

During the Style segment on The Today show, Bobbie Thompson featured what is hot in handbags for fall '09. The big trends are: color, hardware (i.e. studs, etc.) and ruffles. Our favorite bag line Big Buddha was again front and center! The 'Rose' bag, which we have in black, brown and a yummy blush color, has ruffles on the front, sewn in a circular pattern, which form a 'rose'. Beautiful! New Tiaras, Hairpins and introducing - Veils!

I just got a call to let me know that half of our new Bel Aire Bridal order has shipped! We are so excited to get this product in our store! We absolutely loved the bird cage veils and chic shoulder length veils we saw at the Bridal Market, so much so, that we decided to carry a few styles here at Girly Girl! Of course, we ordered gorgeously adorned hair combs, pins and tiaras to accompany the veils. The order should arrive within a week, I'll let you all know when it does arrive.

We also have several pieces from Sara Gabriel in store now for you to see! We have the Breanna, the Ariel hair pins, the Stephanie hair pins, Natasha hair pins and Desiree. Each piece is carefully and beautifully hand crafted, these pieces truly are exquisite! They are also very happy to customize one of their pieces for you. We recently ordered the Vanessa for one of our brides, but asked for even more of the ostrich feather, and they were happy to oblige, resulting in an amazing and personal piece!

These handmade cards are printed on fabulous shimmery papers and hand glittered with a whole lotta love. Cards are blank inside and are sealed inside a sparkly envelope after you write your message. The rest of our Big Buddha Bag order came in today. We now have the Alana in White, the Sedona in Ivory and Gunmetal and the Midnight in Bronze, Gunmetal, Copper and an awesome Pink. We love this line for their designer look without the designer prices! A couple of styles we currently carry can be used in multiple ways, as a clutch, over the shoulder, or even worn a la fanny pack style (except way cooler looking), which makes them an even bigger value!
